Dear Friend,

 

Are you feeling alone, fearful or empty inside?  Are you struggling with a habit that is bringing you shame and hopelessness?  Are you wondering if your life has purpose?  If you were to die to you have peace with God knowing you will go to heaven?

 

Have you ever heard the Gospel message?  The word gospel means "good news," and the Gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ.

           

Romans 3:23: For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. 

 

(Think about it, have you ever lied, stolen, cheated? We all have sinned, every last one of us (except Jesus)).

 

John 3:16:  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life.

 

Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.

We all try to fill the emptiness we feel in our hearts with different things in this life, but the only way this emptiness can be filled is through the love, forgiveness, and faithfulness of Christ. 

​

You may be thinking… I don’t even know if God is real.  Ask Him to show Himself to you.  He will hear you and answer this sincere prayer and show you a sign.

 

What if I’m ready to be saved?

 

When you are ready to receive Jesus as your Savior, read the below verse and pray a genuine prayer of repentance to be forgiven of your sins and granted eternal life.  After this prayer, the best way to stay close to God is to keep praying to Him regularly, read your Bible often, and find a good Bible-believing church to help you grow.  You can do this!

Romans 10:9-10:  If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

​

The Prayer of Salvation

​

"Jesus, I confess with my mouth that You are Lord.  I believe in my heart that you died and arose on the 3rd day.  Please forgive me of my sins and grant me eternal life in heaven with you. Amen."
